Celebrate Halloween in the North Georgia Mountains!!

Bring those adorable kids that will be dressed in anything from a princess to Justin Beiber!!  You will have your pick of fun this Halloween in four fabulous North Georgia Mountain Counties.  This year two of the counties will celebrate on Saturday, October 27th while the other two will celebrate on Wednesday October 31st.  The following is a break down of the many things that will be happening:

Fannin County – celebrates the Holiday safe zone...October 31st beginning at 6pm.  Trick or treat in downtown at all the merchants shops!  Dress up your pet as well, there will be a costume contest for them as well as the kids.  Enjoy halloween movies in the park at dusk.

Gilmer County – will have it’s downtown area hoppin’ with ghosts and gobblins on Wednesday, October 31st.    Festivities are from 5:30 pm to 8pm.

Towns County – will be featuring Halloween on the square on Saturday, October 27th from 5:30 to 8.

Union County – will host Halloween on the Square!  Saturday, October 27th from 5 to 7.  Games, costume contest and lots of candy!!

As you can see, there will be plenty of opportunity for the kids to dress up and have a blast!  You can even visit one on Saturday and one on Halloween.  So, if you live in the mountains or coming to visit, please join in one of the fun celebrations.  As usual, you will leave being glad you came to the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.
