Love Antiques? – Sycamore Crossings Antiques & Collectables – Blue Ridge
The downtown area of Blue Ridge is booming with so many amazing shopping experiences for residents as well as tourists. If you are a lover of antiques from all over various parts of the world, Sycamore Crossings would be a great choice to visit. There is over 5,000 square feet of so many items including vintage furniture, linens from England and France, garden art, beautiful paintings, and much more.
Owner, Jane Whaley, is a part time resident of Blue Ridge and Atlanta. Her husband has an oncology practice in Atlanta as well as Blue Ridge. Therefore they spend their time in each location. Jane is very well traveled and loves what she does! She brings home many valuables that she finds on her various trips around the world. She focuses more on high end merchandise and wants her store to be unique and something her customers will seek often when they are in the area.
There are 21 dealer rooms at Sycamore. Each room brings many different items. My mother in law is a big antique shopper and I have learned a lot from her. She is a big fan of Sycamore. Other items you will find when you visit include McCoy pottery, vintage sterling silver, plates by Robert Abbett, and even wood bear carvings and wrought iron. Pay Sycamore Crossing a visit when you are in the North Georgia Mountains. When you are finished, you can enjoy a nice lunch at Serenity Garden Cafe. Happy antiquing!
